Yard Catering, located in Scottdale, PA, is the main
concession provider for the Westmoreland County Fair and runs
concessions for fairs and festivals throughout Westmoreland
County, Fayette County, and the Pittsburgh area. You’ll
find us everywhere from the Hannas Town Antique Festival to
a track meet in Bethel Park, to the Rolling Rock Festival
and to the Latrobe Speedway.
We are famous for our own home-made hot
sausage and sweet sausage. Court Yard Catering also offers
the finest in kielbasa, beef jerky, and refreshing soft drinks.
At Court Yard Catering,
we smoke all of our own meats with a hand-built hickory wood
smoker – kielbasa, beef sticks, and jerky are the most
popular.

• Two 20 foot long trailers
• One 18 foot long trailer
• Three 20 foot long festival booths
• One 15 foot long festival booth
• One 10 foot long festival booth
• Two portable drink cart / lemonade stands (ideal when
space is limited)
• Numerous grills, fryers, freezers, and refrigerators as needed
Court Yard Catering Concessions
is Famous for our “whole hog” hot sausage and
sweet sausage.
Our meats are “whole hog,” meaning
old time quality preparation with no fillers, and that makes
a tremendous difference in the taste. For many sausage makers,
whatever parts or fillers that can’t be used any other
way end up in the sausage. Not here! We carefully prepare
sausage so fine in quality and taste, that we often receive
orders for it once it has been sampled at our concession stands.

Court Yard Catering is pleased provide
concessions services in Westmoreland and Fayette Counties,
as well as the Pittsburgh area. As needed, we can provide
concessions in the tri-state area. Almost any town between
Uniontown and Greensburg, PA is our home territory, including
Mount Pleasant, Murrysville, Scottdale, Youngwood, New Stanton,
and Connellsville.
